“Swanky Stations” Menu An assortment of four Hors D’oeuvres, one hour of standard open bar, client’s choice of three dinner stations, and dessert. Station choices include: Tuscan Antipasto Display, Bruschetta Bar, Falafel Assortment, Nacho Station, Dumplings, Pasta Presentation, Taco Bar, Mashed Potato Martini Station and Chef Attended Prime Rib Carving Station.
“Blissful Buffet” Menu Assortment of three stationed Hors d’oeuvres, one hour of standard open bar and a buffet dinner of House or Caesar salad, choice of two entrees, pasta and vegetables. Entrée Selections include: Chicken Parmesan, Chicken A la Florentine, Chicken Marsala, Parmesan Haddock, Eggplant Sorrento, Stuffed Shells and Roast Beef Au Jus.
Brunch Menu Unlimited Mimosa Bar, Farmhouse Breakfast, and a Ham Carving Station. Farmhouse Breakfast includes: Cinnamon Bread, Mini Bagels, Mini Muffins, Country Fresh scrambled eggs, Breakfast potatoes, and Homestyle bacon.
