Spa treatment fees do not include gratuity. For your convenience, a 20 % gratuity will be automatically added at the check-out.
Group availability and complete spa bookings are available, even on days the spa is not scheduled for operation. To inquire about group and custom bookings, please contact alpinespa@windhammountain.com.
48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule groups of three or more or three or more treatments. This allows the spa enough time to fill appointments. We appreciate your understanding.
All our appointments are available in limited quantities, our staff works hard to accommodate as many guests as we can. All payments must be made at the time of booking your appointment. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy where any change or cancellation made with less than 24-hour notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Reservations that are rescheduled or cancelled with more than 24 hours prior to your appointment will be subject to a $35 fee. In case of canceling before the 24-hour window we will issue a credit that can be used at the spa by the end of the ski season. We can’t guarantee that your appointment time will be available until we receive your credit card number.
We make sure to maintain the cleanliness of the Spa focusing on high touchpoint surfaces. We use products that meet EPA and CDC guidelines and are effective against bacteria and viruses, including COVID-19.
